i'm now the proud owner of both house party and the original sims, even though i had the original sims and lost it. kyle's getting good.

the sun actually came out and i thought it might be a nice day, but it just popped right back behind the clouds where it resides and it went back to being dismal and grey.

the wind here is piercing and stinging, but in a good way. i really am enjoying alaska, it's gorgeous. time for more outdoorsmanship, for fear i might go crazy due to cabin fever.

so i spent the better part of the last half hour pirating The Sims, and teaching Kyle how to pirate it himself. i've never been a bad influence on anyone before.

so, now i have the sims. fresh air and promise of more pepsi to come are making me want to last. i'm getting my second wind and now i want to write, write, write.

like, about freedom. and how everyone screams that they want it, but no one's got the guts to stand up and take it. i hate hypocrites, and this is no exception.

okay, time to be a pirate some more. arr, matey.

it's 65 degrees outside and the sun is starting to shine. it might be a beautiful evening. kyle and i are going to go upstairs, because fresh air is doing me wonders.
